Young Children's Activities (Suitable for 2 years+) Arrival 6.00-7.30pm
It will probably take your children around 30 minutes to take part in all the activities, and then to continue on their way 'Trick or Treating' with you in our neighbourhood. We suggest the younger your children the earlier the slot you request. It will help us keep the numbers at a safe level, if once you have enjoyed all the activities on offer, you do move on to allow new arrivals to come in, but of course should it not be too busy, and if there is no queue waiting, you will be welcome to stay for longer.
Your children will 'Visit The Witch' and receive a FREE Goodie Bag, including sweets, then move on to 'The Rat in The Hat', 'The Flying Spider', Decorating their Mini Pumpkin, and enjoy making spooky sounds with 'Professor Crypt's Electro Lab' on our stage. Young children's activities finish at 8pm. We regret that this event is not suitable for babies and buggies are not allowed because of fire regulations, and health and safety policy. Space is limited, and we can't allow obstacles to block pathways. We hope you understand.
Refreshments
There will be a Licensed Bar and alcoholic drinks will cost £5, and softs £2. We will be offering beer from our excellent Pilgrim Brewery, wine and mulled wine. It will help us so much if you please purchase a £5 refreshment ticket in advance for each adult, to help us plan what we need to buy, and not lose money by over-ordering, or worse still under-order and run out before you arrive!!
Tickets
£1 on every Child's ticket will go to local fundraiser George and The Giant Pledge in support of the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity (Registered No. 1095197). Tickets for children are £7.50 each on the door (£6 in advance by 21st October) and for accompanying adults entry is free, but it really helps us if you please purchase a £5 refreshment ticket in advance. All children's activities are included in the ticket price, including Goodie Bag.
More Grown Up Activities 7.30pm-10pm
Entry for Adults is FREE but this is NOT a BYOB event and we will have a licensed bar. Drinks will be charged at £5. You are welcome to come along from 7.30pm, when we will say goodbye to Professor Crypt, when we finish the evening with DJ Salford 6 working his way through as many spooky tunes as he can muster. Music will finish at 10pm and doors will close by 10.15.
